Mine is 2003 EB3 labor, I don�t have copy of the labor. Don�t know the job code and title, planning to switch AC21 and not sure how to get this code as i had already left the old blood sucking desi employer, any suggestions,

I strongly fell you should get it fixed. Any how you have good Priority date after correction. If they dont correct then you are still lucky :)
Keep all evidences that you tried to correct it. This will help in future if any thing goes wrong from there side.

There is no reason to start celebrating since this does not make a case of legal immigration in any way.

Over the years there was increasing criticism about incorporating in a tax haven which is why they have decided to change the country of incorporation to Ireland. Ireland has low taxes, a tax treaty with the US and is a part of the EU which is why the decision was taken to move to Ireland.
What would have made it real sweet was if they had decided to change the place of incorporation to India saying given the number of people it employs in India.

Hey Flash, would you be interested in a non profit Digitalosophy project?
Basically it's a file sharing app (flash, xml, php, asp, etc). I really need a logo, and some design work.
Of course, there isn't any payment as it's non profit, and geared toward Kirupa user's as long as your a member here, you can access the app.
I have another guy working with me, hopefuly I can round up a few more peeps.
Of course you will get full credit for whatever work you do on the site credits page.

When I will get my GC approved, I will scan all the documents into soft copies and shred them later (except the originals).
After a long journey on several non immigrant visa's my GC finally got approved. The questions that I would like to throw out for the group to think on is regarding the period for which one has to keep all the H1/H4 approval notices and supporting documents?
In my case, I have been here for 10 years and have a 15 pound folder that has all the approval notices (I-797) and supporting documents (copies of I-129, transcripts, everything under the sun)
I would hate to have to carry this for the rest of my life.
Lawyers - Your legal opinion would provide relief to my aching shoulders :)

But i have an approved i 140 from company A and my lawyer is saying that i can go ahead and file 485 on the basis of approved I 140 from company A. Meanwhile he will start PERM from company B and he is saying that by the time USCIS open my application of 485 and create RFE I will have I 140 approved from company B and since it's the exact same job we will be able explain USCIS about the intent of filling.
Is it ok to go ahead and file 485 becoz i will not have the employer's letter from company A and also the paystub will be from company B and not A.
Am i heading towards trouble ??? please help GURU's

What's your PD? if it's around 2002/2003 - then you will become current after Oct anyway, so you can apply with "clean" 485. Then I wouldn't bother. If your PD is 2006/2007 - then it's worth trying, it may work. At the worst case 485 will be denied, you will then file another "clean" one in that case.

I got LC and 140 approved in EB3. Now I refile my labor Cert in EB2 (IT manager) via PERM. Anybody has the same experience and know approximately processing time for this PERM to be approved. Thanks for any information.

Hi everybody
My lawyer had filed my 485 eb2 on july 2 (under july bulletin).
Now that the bulletin has been re-instated, i am getting nervous thinking if my lawyer filed the application complete or in a hurry she missed something. Obviously, i do not think it'll be right to ask her if she filed it properly.
Under what circumstances can the application be rejected right away even before they have issued the WAC#??
and my 140 is pending....what happens if my lawyer forgot to attach the 140 reciept? Can they still send it back??

Similar case. My lawyer told me that we can't apply the second I140 under premium because the original labor is gone with the first I140. So, I could not wait for second I140 and went ahead and filed for 485 under EB3.

They should exempt PIOs from this new rules. If back from a vacation and there was an emergency back home ( within 60/90 days?), can't i take my US citizen kid to India ?

Not a big deal in my opinion - the visa system needed a rehaul in any case. Cant undertsand how a tourist visa can double up as a business one.

[I read in the USCIS website that, if you had applied for AP & if you have to travel in emergency, they speed it up & issue the AP during Infopass appointment].
I think it is true whether we have an AP application in process or not.
Did you take photos, check, I-485 receipt etc., along with you to the InfoPass interview?
It is good to know that we can get AP if we have to travel urgently.

H1 has been approved for 2009 quota for a client A. it is almost one and half year and the visa stamping has not been done. The client A is no more interested and a new Client B is interested to offer the same position in a different location or at H1 petitioning employers location. The LCA has been filed for the Client B and may get approved in next couple of days. Is that okay to use this new client letter while going for H1B Visa stamping? This new client is not the one on whom the actual H1B petition is approved.
Question is When going for H1 B visa is it necessary to use the client letter that has been used when applying for H1B approval. Can the clients be different while going for Visa Stamping?

My attorney is encouraging me to take part in the proposed AILF Class Action Lawsuit against the Government by submitting I-485 to USCIS knowing that its going to be rejected. Anyone decided on this? What are the pros and cons? If there is a favorable outcome, I-485 may be accepted at that time (months? / years?). But here is my big concern: if I am a part of that lawsuit, my 485 may be considerably delayed (my PD is Feb 2005) ! I am aware that IV is encouraging lawsuit too. Any comments?

In the interview letter I received they did ask for Medical but it also mentioned I could attend even if I do not have it. After attending the interview it did feel like that was the reason why they called us - they wanted my wife to go throught her medical again.
Sorry I'm not sure of I684(Affidavit of Support). They did not ask me for it.
