Samsung know they are in trouble with the Apple suits, and rightly so. But instead of just defending the suit against them, they are making stuff up to get back at Apple.

I was not talking crap. That little tid pit I put in about the filing only if getting pissed off and sued came form our resident patent lawyer on these boards who explain why many times you only see law suits after they get sued. They go into the file if sued by so and so bring these up.
That is why many of these patents are filed away and never really sued unless antoher company starts pissing you off or acting childish like Apple. It gives you more leverage to use against them in their lawsuit against you.

Fanboys call Kodak pantint trolls when they sued apple.
Fanboys cheer when Apple sued Nokia but booed about Nokia sueing apple.

My phone is on its last leg, dropping calls all of the time, have to charge it 3 times a day. If I had known this, I would have already bought a 4...
Yeah, my 3gs is slowly dying a similar death. The battery is dying. My guess is the other problems I have (spontaneous shutdown under certain conditions) are related to the battery since they seem to happen with > ~40% remaining.
I really don't think I can make it until September with this phone since I already can't alwaysy get a full day's use out of it without recharging and the battery seems to get worse daily. I'm not a heavy user either.
Been curious about Andriod for a while now... hm...

I found a perfect little free Java app. It's called Mix2Stix (http://software.azett.com/index.php?cat=Mix2Stix)
It has a simple, easy to use interface and works on any platform (Windows, Linux, Mac...), with any storage device, and any file type. What more could you want?

What's the point of the death penalty? Does it deter people from committing murder? I think our current murder rate disputes that. I see it as nothing more than retribution. And I don't think our justice system needs to be involved in that.

I tried the Toy Camera effect for this photo, unfortunately it showed up some water marks on my 50mm lens at the time of taking the photo. I retouched them, but it means I think some photos from August/September have these blemishes...

William's Electronics originally made Defender before Midway bought them up. Stargate was the sequel (later renamed Defender II for legal reasons I've heard)
William's games were my favorite with Joust and Robotron (as well as their "High Speed" pinball) at the top of the list.
FWIW, back in the 80's, Midway, Williams, Atari and to a lesser degree, Stern and Tatio dominated the US arcades. Nintendo joined with Donkey Kong but I don't remember them being as big as the 1st three until their "vs'" series came out which allowed head-to-head play.

Wow, $25 an hour sounds very reasonable to me. Is that really the going rate for graphic design or is that the "just getting started in design" rate? Anyway, hope it works out for you. Sometimes the difficult clients can provide the most rewarding work, but the psycho ones are seldom worth the effort.
$25 an hour for 3 hours work is NOT reasonable unless you live in a motor home in the desert. $25 is only good if it's a wage and you have an employer paying benefits and taxes for you. But as a freelancer, $25 is not that much by the time you pay taxes and other expenses; unless you are billing out 50 or 60 hours a week. 3 hours at $25 is terrible! A hundred hours (billable) at $25 is better... but still kind of low (depending on experience and where you live).
If the OP is going to bill hourly, then he at least needs to set a minimum hourly charge to make worth his while.
