While I don't doubt that Apple are working on an iPhone that works on T-Mobile US's 3G band, is there any actual proof that this phone is connected to the T-Mobile network in the US?
We have a T-Mobile network in the UK, and they use the "normal" 3G frequencies, so any GSM iPhone 4 would work on it.

Pages needs real wordprocessing tools, like cross-references, bibliography, and an outline view. If that's what's in store with Pages 3, I'll be very pleased.
That said, I use Pages 2 every day already, for both copywriting and page layout jobs. It runs quite nicely on my MacBook.
As far as a grammar tool is concerned: that's a useless feature. It never works, in any app, on any platform. And people should simply learn grammar, if they want to write something. It would make much more sense for Apple to include dictionaries and thesauri for other languages. We're not all Americans!

Seriously, I probably wouldn't spend $879 of my own money to buy one, but my previous workplace had those and it was THE most comfortable office chair I have ever used.
As for a Christmas wishlist... I've already bought way too many tech gadgets this year already, so I'm asking friends and family for cash or gift cards to help offset those purchases instead of having them struggle to think of even more stuff to give me.

Anyone vain enough to splash out so much extra money in the first place to have the same product in a different colour is hardly going to lose too much sleep over having to spend another $30 or so on a pretty new case...

They used to publish changelogs before they switch to the new ADC.
I miss those days. This iOS style (GUI and OS X beta development) isn't wow'ing me. Not liking the grey icons, launchpad is a useless addition to application organization that works better with iOS multi-touch devices, no TRIM for third party Sandforce SSD's yet, OpenGL is lagging, no R.I., and no more change log's for developers. The iOS $99 membership (a huge drop from the $499+) is simply a way for Apple to grab money from non-developers and possibly receive feedback that is more consumer than developer driven.

Using my digital calipers the white is .01" thicker, I am using the same case from my black iPhone and it seems to fit just fine. Didn't notice any difference till I heard about it.

It's easy to discount anything going with that mentality. The fact is, Chrome OS is as much an undertaking as OS X was. It's more than just a "Web browser" since web browsers cannot be booted and don't provide graphical sub-systems, input management and process scheduling obviously.

Android what a laugh! The OS is Linux which they effectively forked. The SDK is built on a Java work alike, a work a like that has a questionable amount of others people's code in it. On top of that they purchased the company that started out developing the concept of Android.
It is reasonable to question if Android is even an ethical product. I don't think it is thus I steer people away from it. I don't want to discount the intelligence of the people working at Google, but I don't think the management there has any respect for the property of others. Android is just one factor here, google has problems with copyright and the concept of personal property.

Oh please, get off your PC high horse for a second and come back to reality. Yeah, no one should get beat up and bullied. I'd also love for the world to be filled with rainbows and unicorns all the time too. However, if I walk around drunk in a bad part of town flashing a suitcase full of cash, well I shouldn't be shocked that I get robbed. I know people don't like to take personal responsibility for their actions these days and everyone's ready to sue someone else because nothing is ever their fault. But most reasonable people should realize that being drunk in the ghetto as a transgendered guy isn't the brightest idea.
And rape victims deserved it because they wore miniskirts too.
Being drunk in a 'bad part of town' and flashing whatever is one thing. But that's no excuse, reason, or justification for you being attacked as a result.

BTW, There must be some product placement game going on. The last show featured Pacifico beer and they started out with the labels clearly shown, just all perfectly aligned, and later in the show they were turned around exactly 180 and although everyone was drinking it, their hands carefully covered the labels.

I am amazed as to why we have not seen a single "imac 2011 leak" ... pics of the new imac .. pics of the box ? etc like with the iphones lol .... i'm going to be seriously depressed if i go to apple.com/uk tomorrow and still see that white iphone on there ... seriously
Unless the form factor of any given product in the Macintosh line is radically different or re-designed, leaked pictures of such products are boring and uninteresting.
Plus the iPhones are still the "New, hot thing" in Apple-land, so even a millimeter's difference in the case is a big deal.
