Hello,
The cancellation of H1b takes 4-5 months and untill then nothing much to worry. You can join new company as soon as you file for H1b transfer.

Now coming to your question, I think many people are curious to know if ac21/rfe etc are any hold up & also if the approvals follow systematic movement pd/rd/nd OR it is all at the whim and fancy of IOs

I think you need to wait till you have EB2 numbers available or else you need to with draw the inter filing before your I-140 assumes the eb3 priority date.The withdrawl my trigger RFE.That is my openion.Gurus correct me.

FWIW as long as you are on H1 I think your family can always get a H4 visa outside the country based on your H1 status and reenter on H4 if that is also being considered.

as far as what i heard from lawyer
the case to be done by AILA will probably pick up a few cases in particular. But the whole lot who probably applied and will apply in July and get rejected stand to benefit. So my lawyer also advised me to file
bigger question was ; are these applications actually getting rejected?
it will be good to get some directions from IV core as to what are the pros and cons of this..

When I was researching for the Labor certification and there were few posts which talks about my prior experience and my prior experience would only be considered for the new job if the Job responsibilities are same and the job title is same.
I contacted one of the immigration lawyer and I was told that I can expect RFC's about my prior titles and the current job.
Please advise

I was looking at it and thinking that the really bright highlights gave a sense of heat.
Aha, I think I see what you're going for. It could work if for instance there was a more directional light like a strong light from the right, and the left and back of the firefighter was darker.
